LAYERLEE is an independent technology publication founded and edited by Bipin Baral, a full-stack software engineer and Tech Lead at Tonic Byte. The publication does not accept sponsored content disguised as editorial analysis, does not publish paid product rankings, and does not operate as an automated content farm.
Every article reflects actual hands-on software development, architectural experience, and code-level investigation into operating systems, databases, distributed cloud systems, and backend systems.

We believe technical claims must be grounded in verifiable primary sources. When publishing architectural explanations, benchmark numbers, or operational advice:
- Primary Sources First: We cite RFCs, official kernel documentation, database source code, and release notes rather than secondary blog summaries.
- Reproducible Code: Code snippets included in tutorials are compiled and tested in real runtime environments before publishing.
